Central Valley Gender Health & Wellness (CVGHW) is a community-based nonprofit headquartered in Stockton, California, serving communities throughout the Central Valley. We connect people to affirming healthcare, HIV prevention, behavioral health, peer support, youth leadership, advocacy, and community programs that improve health, strengthen resilience, and foster belonging.

Certified Peer Support Specialists provide recovery support, resource navigation, life skills coaching, and guidance from lived experience.

Our Community Health Workers and outreach team provide mobile services, Wellness on Wheels, care coordination, health education, resource navigation, and connections to medical, behavioral health, and social services.

Public policy advocacy, professional trainings, cultural humility education, and health equity initiatives.

Stockton Pride, Community Healing Circles, Jotería Nights, educational workshops, youth leadership, community celebrations, and events that foster connection, wellness, and belonging.
